Personal Training Experience

I’ve been a personal trainer for over 7 years and in that time I’ve worked in three different gyms with a wide range of clients. I’ve been lucky enough to develop my skills through work with the NHS and their injury rehab courses that I was an integral part of, courses such as powerlifting coaching among many other gym based qualifications and through the Royal Army Physical Training Corps where I became an army physical training instructor.

I train every type of client and welcome everyone no matter what experience, goal or injuries they may have. This has helped me build up a wealth of experience that I’d love to share with you. Whether you want to get in shape, run further, lift heavier or make sure you pass a fitness test, I’m certain I can help.

I practice what I preach

I’ve tried fad diets and workout trends so you don’t have to. if I haven’t done what you want to do I’ll pass your details on to somebody who has, as I believe personal trainers should lead by example.
