I’ve been a personal trainer for over 5 years and in that time I’ve worked in three different gyms with a wide range of clients. I’ve been lucky enough to develop my skills through work with the NHS, courses such as powerlifting coaching and through the Royal Army Physical Training Corps where I became an army physical training instructor.

Through teaching classes for the 50+ population to running soldiers through intense training, I’ve built up a wealth of experience that I’d love to share with you. I love the social aspect of personal training and the science behind it. So weather you just want to lose a little bit of fat, gain some muscle mass or kickstart your physical training for an army career, I’m certain I’ll be able to help.
