What To Bring To Your Consultation

  • Gym clothing
  • Training availability
  • A good idea of what you would like to achieve
  • doctors notes or guidelines for any relevant previous injuries (If concerned about injury or illness, please consult your doctor ahead of our session)
  • If you have time ahead of our session, get a benchmark for your current strength and fitness levels, so that we have something to track your progress against. This isn’t essential, and can occur in one of our future sessions
